The following payment methods are accepted:

- Paypal/Credit card: this is a safe and easy payment method. You don't have to own a Paypal account. Read http://www.etsy.com/storque/how-to/how-to-pay-with-a-credit-card-and-create-a-paypal-account-746/ for further details. This is payment in advance.

- If you live in Portugal and prefer doing bank transfer or Mbway, please contact me first. This is payment in advance and you have 3 days to do the transfer, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

For custom made orders, I will ask for payment in advance, by the time I schedule your order. This will prevent cancellations during the process, after the work is done or the materials bought, and also helps me manage my time for your order. Read more about custom orders down below.

I try to ship orders as soon as possible, it normally takes working 2-3 days, for available items.
I always contact customers to let them know when their order has been shipped.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Some countries don't update parcel's info until they arrive to the destination, but please note this is out of my control. However, more and more countries are enabling the packages tracking online.

Any extra taxes, import duties or local customs that may be charged are client's responsibility, even for items marked as free shipping.

Europe: 3 working days
Rest of the world: 5-20 working days

Please note that I cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to mailing services or customs.
I cannot be responsible for mail losses or damages during shipping either. Every package is shipped with a tracking number and, whenever possible, in registered mail, in order to prevent these situations. If your package doesn't arrive, please let me know, I will try to contact post services.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Each month I will open a few spots for custom pre orders for the upcoming months, please read my Shop announcements for updates. Since my work takes a lot of time to make, and everything is done by my own two hands, my available time is limited. If you're willing to order something special from me, please contact me with some time in advance, so I can guarantee I'll be able to meet your deadlines. I will schedule your order once payment is received, so I'm sure I'm not refusing other requests on behalf of an order that is later cancelled.
Please always contact me before purchasing a "custom made" listing, so I can give you the exact price of the item (as it may vary according to its specifications) and an estimate delivery time (dependent of my current work load).

Each item here is one-of-a-kind, I don't repeat designs. So, if you're interested in something that is not available anymore, please consider that I can make something inspired by it, but never copy it. This means I can use the same colour range or fabric, or repeat its pattern, but surely I will change something, in order to make you feel that your item is unique, made with lots of love and specially for you! Sometimes, I might not have the same materials anymore as well, so I will try to find others that fill out the same style or mood.

If you want something different, email me and let me know what you have in mind. I love challenges! I will analise your request, considering my availability at the moment, my skills and if your idea fits into Mundo Flo's spirit. If I refuse your order, please don't take it personally. I like to do my best and guarantee maximum quality in my products. If I don't feel able to make a good job, I'd rather not start it.


WHOLESALE & CONSIGNMENT:
